How we work
Psychological assessment combines standardized tests and questionnaires with a clinical interview. The aim is to help you understand yourself and your experiences within a more detailed framework.
It starts with an initial meeting. We talk about the purpose of the assessment and decide together which tests are appropriate. The tests are then given over one or more sessions. [Tests used: ...]
Once the tests are complete, I share the results with you in a feedback session, and a written report can be prepared if needed. Assessment results do not amount to a diagnosis on their own. Where a diagnosis or medication may be needed, I refer you to a psychiatrist.
